We are committed to interrupting the disparities in our schools and upending the unfairness and bias in our communities.
Our schools are the hearts of our communities. The St. Croix Education Association will come together for our communities – our students, their families and neighbors – because we know what happens outside the school walls affects what happens inside the classroom.
To make life better for our students, we not only need to invest in education. We need to make life better for all working people. That means creating jobs that pay a living wage. Making health care and housing more affordable for people struggling to make ends meet. And dismantling other systems of oppression that disproportionately hurt our neighbors of color.
When we meet the needs of all of our students, they are ready to learn, thrive and meet their full potential.
